Great read! I'm curious as to what you'd uncover if you were to apply this analysis to previous Man Utd managers, specifically Sir Alex Ferguson. Some people use the poor performance seen at the start of his tenure at the club as an argument to giving Amorim more time. I wonder if analysis of Fergie's early years would dispute or reinforce that argument.
This is a great breakdown. I feel that Amorim will probably not be able to turn it around. The issue is that since Sir Alex Ferguson left, Manchester United have seem rudderless. They do not seem to have any overall direction or over arching philosophy. I think they have had 7 managers since Ferguson left.

Great writing, and as a United supporter, painful reading.
This is brilliant! I love how concise your writing is despite the density of the information/wisdom it contains!
Cracking read, thanks. I agree it seems they are completely wedded to Amorim to the extent that they cannot see the wood for the trees now.
Really interesting read!
Thank you!
Does the team rating include the team's Europa League/FA Cup/EFL Cup performances. I think it would paint a clearer picture with more data points.
